Your images and artwork should be at least 300 dpi.Images that are created at 300 dpi will print crisp and clear on our offset press. Image editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop will allow you to check image resolution. Make sure to create images at the final print size for best quality, as enlarging an image will affect the resolution.
Set your document color profile to CMYK. Offset printing requires a CMYK color mode (also called “process color” or “four color”). Files submitted in other color modes (such as RGB) may have significant shifts in color on the final printed piece.
We accept the following file formats:

• PNG (file_name.png)
• Adobe Photoshop (file_name.psd)
• TIFF (file_name.tif)*

No, you should flatten your image before sending it to us (unless we are assisting with the design layout).
We gladly accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

WHAT IS A CUSTOMER ERROR?
Customer errors include incorrect file submission in accordance with our specifications, duplicate orders, customer misunderstandings of turnaround time, slight color variances within four-color (CMYK) industry standards for pleasing color, designs not within stated cutting and folding tolerances, undeliverable packages/third delivery attempts.
Hopeful Prints cannot and does not check any submission for spelling, grammar or any other textual errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly and free of spelling or grammatical errors.
Refused or undeliverable orders that are on time are not the responsibility of Hopeful Prints, and are not eligible for reprint, store credit or refund.
Hopeful Prints does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
